Wylie Tollette is executive vice president and head of client investment solutions for Franklin Templeton Multi-Asset Solutions. In this role, his key responsibilities include oversight of client investment solution development for our multi-asset platform. Mr. Tollette and his team partner closely with the company’s global distribution groups on all Multi-Asset Solutions opportunities across a broad range of clients. Prior to rejoining Franklin Templeton, Mr. Tollette served as chief operating investment officer at CalPERS, the largest defined-benefit public pension fund in the U.S. There, he helped to lead initiatives focused on enhancing the portfolio and investment decision making process, engaged the CalPERS Board and various constituents, and helped to redesign the asset allocation and investment strategy committee. Mr. Tollette was also responsible for the investment performance and risk analytics, investment policy, investment manager engagement, operations, compliance, and business planning areas. Prior to his time at CalPERS, Mr. Tollette worked at Franklin Templeton for almost 20 years, including as the head of the Performance Analytics and Investment Risk team, which was responsible for collaboratively defining, measuring and managing investment risk and performance across all Franklin Templeton products and clients.


Mr. Tollette received a BS from the University of California, Davis and received his Master of Science in Finance from the University of London. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and is a member of the CFA Association of Sacramento and San Francisco.

Chris Feltchlin
Director of Independents & TAMPs at Franklin Templeton
Chris Felchlin is a Director at Franklin Templeton within the Strategic Relationship Team (SRT). His responsibilities include co-managing a team that covers key gatekeepers and establishes relationships and communicates Franklin Templeton's investment insights to research and discretionary model teams at independent broker dealers, turnkey asset management providers (TAMPs) and RIA consultants. Mr. Felchlin has more than 25 years of experience with Franklin Templeton. His previous roles have included managing a team that establishes relationships and communicates Franklin Templeton's investment insights to research and discretionary model teams at broker dealers, private banks, turnkey asset management providers (TAMPs) and RIA consultants, oversight responsibilities for the firm's variable annuity business and business development of the company's asset management services to research teams at variable annuity and defined
contribution providers. He also served as national sales manager in the Retirement Division, responsible for overseeing a team of relationship managers charged with mutual fund and sub-advisory account sales in the defined contribution and variable annuity channels. Mr. Felchlin earned his B.S. in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A., with an emphasis in finance, from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, a member of the CFA Institute and San Francisco Society of Security
Analysts, and holds NASD Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
